1. What Sirius is

Sirius is a guided meditation held on five mornings, in a room in Croatia and online through a live stream. Taking part is free.

2. What Sirius is not

Sirius is a meditation, not therapy, and not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional care. Nothing said in a session or on this site is medical advice. If you are in treatment, or unsure whether meditation is right for you, ask your doctor or therapist first. In every session you may pause, move, open your eyes or stop.

3. Taking part

• You reserve a place by filling in the form. We send the link to join by email.
• You may withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails.
• We may change the time, the way of joining or the programme, and we will tell registered participants by email. We may cancel a session if we have to.
• Please take part with respect for the others. We may remove from the room or the stream anyone who disturbs a session.

4. Filming and live stream

Every session is filmed and streamed live on YouTube. The recordings stay available on YouTube after the event and may be used later, including to present Sirius and to announce future editions. If you take part in the room you may be visible or audible in them. By reserving a place you confirm that you have read this.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and are not a payment for taking part — Sirius stays free whether or not you donate. Donations are processed by Stripe and received by the organiser, CEDRA SPLIT d.o.o.

6. The guide

The guide on the site is an AI assistant. It can be wrong. It does not give medical or psychological advice, and what it says does not replace what is written on this site.

7. Responsibility

You take part voluntarily and at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organiser is not liable for loss or damage arising from taking part, except where it was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
